Group & Corporate Training
Your colleagues and employees know their fields. Help them turn that expertise into innovative ways of working with artificial intelligence. Over four weeks, I help your group or teams move from wondering what artificial intelligence could do to knowing how to apply it to their work, in ways that make sense to them. Training is shaped around shared group goals and real organizational challenges, with practical demonstrations that bring the learning to life.

Who I Work With
I work with small groups and organizations ready to make artificial intelligence a useful part of their work. Femme Fusion AI has a particular commitment to supporting women-led organizations, and welcomes groups and teams led by people of all genders.
You might be bringing together a small group with shared goals or colleagues across several departments. Either way, you’re looking for learning that connects to the work you do and gives everyone a way to contribute.
Within a group, some participants may never have worked with artificial intelligence. Others use it occasionally or every day. Some are excited, some are skeptical, and some are curious but unsure where to begin.

Within the beginner and intermediate categories, there’s a wide range of knowledge and confidence. Someone may feel confident using one tool and uncertain about another. Each person brings different experience, habits, questions, and gaps in understanding. This first phase is designed for beginners and intermediate users; advanced users and AI champions can be involved in later phases.
Our shared goal is to build a common language around artificial intelligence, so participants can ask useful questions, exchange ideas, and recognize where it can support their work. Everyone brings their own expertise. We build from there.

Great AI Training Starts with Clarity
Start Where They Are
I ask about the work your group or teams do, how they currently use artificial intelligence, and what they want to achieve. Those conversations give us a clear starting point for training that’s relevant to them.
Listen Closely
I pay attention to the details, recognize patterns, and identify gaps. I ask questions that help connect what participants know about their work with possibilities they may not yet see.
Find the Gaps
Through those conversations, I uncover where understanding is missing, where an approach needs adjusting, or where a useful application of artificial intelligence has been overlooked. I bring those connections into focus so we can decide what to explore, what to practice, and where guidance will make the most difference.
These conversations help me identify where the learning should begin and what needs attention as we move forward.
Choose the Right Next Step
An exciting tool may catch your attention before you have the foundation to use it well. I help your group or teams identify what they need to understand and practice first, so they can work toward more advanced goals with confidence.
Build Understanding Before Complexity
Sometimes we need to slow down, revisit a concept, or try another example before moving forward. I adapt the pace to how the learning is landing, giving participants room to ask questions and put ideas into practice before we introduce more complexity.
Artificial intelligence brings possibilities, questions, and understandable concerns about how work may change. Those concerns deserve a thoughtful discussion. I make space for participants to raise them and adapt the learning to what the group needs to understand before moving forward.
Alongside practical skills, I teach the judgment needed to use these tools responsibly: what information to share, how to question and check a response, and when to rely on professional expertise. The aim is for your colleagues and employees to use artificial intelligence with greater confidence and a clear understanding of its possibilities and limits.

Two Ways We Work Together

What You’ll Walk Away With After Four Weeks
Understand the possibilities. Practice the process. Know what to question.

What This Asks of You
Is Small Group or Corporate Training the right fit for us?

Small Group Training is for 3–8 people who want to learn together. You might be colleagues, members of a nonprofit or community organization, or friends with a shared interest in artificial intelligence. One organizer brings the group together and coordinates with me.
A company can also choose the small-group package to train a selected group within its budget. Corporate Training is for organizations that need an engagement planned around broader company goals, departments, and delivery needs.
You don’t have to start with a small group before choosing corporate training. We’ll discuss your goals and recommend the appropriate scope.
Can beginners and experienced users learn together?

Beginners and intermediate users can learn together. This first phase builds a shared foundation and helps participants develop the language, understanding, and confidence to discuss artificial intelligence with colleagues.
Advanced users and AI champions aren’t the intended participants in these groups. Their involvement can be considered in a later phase.
For organizations that want to continue, a separately contracted phase can focus on selected participants and more specialized applications of artificial intelligence in their work.
How is the training adapted to our goals and work?

Understanding your work is part of the learning process. In group discussions, participants are invited to explain their responsibilities, describe challenges, and contribute questions.
I listen for connections, gaps, and useful opportunities, then help the group understand how artificial intelligence could apply to the work being discussed. Examples come from those shared goals and conversations, so everyone can learn from the reasoning and consider how it relates to their own responsibilities.
Will everyone work on their own project during our live sessions?

No. We learn as a group. During a shared build, one participant volunteers to work through an example with me while everyone follows the process, asks questions, and contributes feedback.
The tasks may differ from person to person, but many of the methods can be applied elsewhere. The aim is to understand the process and practice using it in your own work between sessions. The Small Group package does not include individual project consulting or separate personal follow-up.
If an organization wants selected participants to explore more specialized applications, that can be discussed as a separate phase after the initial engagement.
How do the optional live Q&As work?

Corporate on-demand training includes optional live Q&As at scheduled times. All participants are invited. Complete the relevant lessons, try the practice activities, and arrive with specific questions.
You can join briefly or stay for the discussion and learn from colleagues’ questions. If you need to leave early, let me know at the beginning and I’ll prioritize your questions.
These are question-led sessions, rather than additional classes. Once the questions have been addressed, we may finish early.
What happens if someone misses a session or the group needs to reschedule?

If you miss a session, use the recording, summary, and shared materials to catch up. It’s your responsibility to complete the relevant work and arrive prepared for the next session. An individual absence doesn’t reschedule the group’s session.
If the whole group needs a schedule change, the designated organizer should contact me. Rescheduling is handled according to your agreement. The Small Group package allows six weeks from the first session to complete its four sessions; corporate scheduling terms are confirmed in the contract.
What recordings and learning materials will participants receive?

Participants receive session recordings, email summaries, next steps, homework, and supporting documents relevant to the training.
These may include guides to artificial intelligence terminology, skills, prompt structure, and exercises for providing useful context. Recordings and materials will be organized in a shared location so participants can review them and catch up when needed.
We’ll agree on how recordings and materials are shared. For organizations, this will follow your company’s guidelines; for small groups, we’ll choose a suitable shared platform together. Participants receive ongoing access to the recordings and materials.

Meet Your AI Partner in Crime
I'm Nix Fäe. Part artist, part systems lover, full-time translator of confusing tech into plain English.
I spent over a decade working in tech, then took a deliberate deep dive into AI. Courses, experiments, hands-on exploration, and plenty of moments where I paused and asked, "What is actually happening here?" I didn't rush it. I figured it out on my own until it truly made sense. One of my core strengths is my ability to streamline, organize, and simplify complex systems. It's how my brain works. And right now, AI is a loaded topic. There's a lot of noise, pressure, and fear floating around.
So I teach this differently.
I help you build a clear, grounded relationship with AI. One that replaces overwhelm with orientation, and pressure with curiosity. We slow things down, focus on what matters, and leave the rest for later.
Think of me as your partner in crime. I'm here to help you see the full picture, ask better questions, and move forward with clarity, confidence, and a little bit of fun.
We take this step by step. With structure. With honesty. And without losing yourself in the process.
